The Story of Imam Hussein
Co-produced with the Mexico National Culture and Arts Fund and the University of Kent.
This performance is based in the Shiite tradition of Ta'ziyeh. In it, we bridge the ancient art of storytelling with the dramatization of a historical event.
Cast: Elektra Angelopolou (Greece), Lucy Danser (England), Akwa Orock (Cameroon), Abas Eljanabi (England-Iraq), Mobezhir Hassan (England)
